How fast can you confirm a speaker?
Within 48 hours of your request you have date, fee and bio in one confirmation.
Who are the speakers?
Local historians, chefs, architects, scientists, craftspeople and other personalities from the LocalBini network. Each has hosted our guests first, passed a sample talk review and is rated after every event. The name and bio arrive with your confirmation.
Can you provide an MC for the evening?
Yes. For in your rooms and after dinner bookings an experienced MC opens the evening, introduces the speaker and runs the Q&A, quoted with the talk.
Can we see the speaker before we book?
Yes. A recorded sample talk is yours on request after your inquiry, and after dinner bookings include a briefing call with the organiser.
What does the price include?
A speaker from the city of the talk, the talk itself and the Q&A. In your rooms talks add a one page handout for guests; online talks add a recording for your internal use.
Do you cover our city?
30 cities have confirmed speakers today, and LocalBini locals cover 210+ European destinations. Name the city and we match it.
How do season plans work?
10 talks or more in a season are priced per talk on one plan, with one contract, monthly invoices and a quarterly review.
Are your prices net rates for partners?
Yes. Our prices are net rates; agencies, operators and other resellers set their own price to their clients.
What is the cancellation line?
Free cancellation 30 days or more before the talk. 29 days or fewer before the talk the booking is firm and the full fee is due.
What if the first talk disappoints?
Your first talk with us carries a simple promise: rate it under 4 of 5 and it is free. The rating comes from you, the day after the talk.
Which currency do you invoice in?
EUR by default; Swiss clients can ask for CHF at the day's rate. Prices for business clients are net of VAT.
How do we pay?
Single talks are paid on receipt of the proposal, by card or bank transfer, invoiced by LocalBini AG; the speaker is reserved with the payment. Season plans and partner agreements are invoiced monthly.
Can the talk be in another language?
Many speakers give their talk in English and in the local language; some add a third. Tell us the language in your request.
Can we book the same speaker again?
Yes, through SpeakersMate, for every date you like. Repeat bookings keep the same contract and invoice.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. Team days, offsites, client dinners and lunch and learn sessions online are booked the same way as every other talk.
Do you provide keynote or guest speakers for corporate events?
Yes. Call it a keynote, a guest speaker or an expert talk: for a kick-off, a town hall, a leadership meeting or a client dinner we match a local historian, chef, architect, scientist or another personality from the city of your event, within 48 hours.
Can an event agency or a DMC book through you?
Yes. Agencies, DMCs, tour operators and cruise lines book at our net rates, set their own client price and receive one invoice per talk or per season plan.
Do you work with cruise lines and tour operators?
Yes. Talks on board before a port day, on the coach or at the welcome dinner, as single bookings or on a season plan across the itinerary.
